About Us

We have a small but passionate team of experienced professionals. Each member of our team has valued experience of working with vulnerable young people.

Our knowledge has been gained from working and managing within mainstream schools, SEN settings, residential children's care homes and/or supporting children within mental health.

Director and owner of the Kings Dam Project is David Reynolds.

All staff are truly appreciated as they are an important part of the project and the help and support, they are providing our young people is overwhelming and making such a positive difference.

Kings Dam Beccles

Supporting The Community

On Tuesday 19th December, the children and staff from the KDP visited St. Michaels Church in Beccles to offer homemade soup and bread to support the community during the festive season.

This was a great success, and we look forward to doing more for our community in the new year.

South Norfolk Council Green at Heart Award 2023

We Won An Award For Our Work!

The Kings Dam Project were nominated for the South Norfolk Council Green at Heart Award 2023. This is awarded to an individual, school, business or community group that have made an extra effort to have a positive impact on our environment and we won!

We are immensely proud of our dedicated team at the Kings Dam Project and of course our very special young people who have contributed towards this amazing achievement. This award has been awarded to us for our environmental work we do each day with our young people.

This term we have concentrated on litter picking local woodlands, waterways and beaches and educating our young people about the importance of our environment. We are all the 2023 Green at Heart Award winners, and this award is for each and every young person we have had the pleasure of supporting, past and present.
